MA – Responsible for Providing strategic partnership and thought leadership to the Latin America Group in driving the adoption and sustainment of scalable technology solutions. Build and drive the IT strategy for the LAG business, providing guidance, leadership, and support for all facets of IT.

MA – Developing an IT Strategic plan aligned with Business Strategy, being present at relevant meetings to provide an additional point of view and provide solutions for the short & long term
CIO Edge Mexico – In your opinion, which technology trends are shaping e-commerce this year, and what will be trending in the next 3 -5 years?
MA – AI without a doubt will be influencing how advertising will be done on e-commerce and will be a rule changer. It will also influence personalization to an unprecedented UX
CIO Edge Mexico – What is the digital strategy in your company? Which priorities do you set for the next 3-5 years?
MA – Exploit marketplaces, Brand sites with unprecedented UX and outperform competitors with innovation

MA – Verify benefits are realistic by doing benchmarking, ensuring the related business areas sign off on them, and agreeing on a tracking mechanism with a given frequency.
