As a profound believer in the ways in which technology can improve and fundamentally change the way that companies operate and interact with their consumers, over the last 10 years, Matthew has supported the expansion of new Customer Experience cloud technologies into Europe & Africa. Matthew started that journey at Bazaarvoice in 2008, where he joined as a Market Development Associate and later Sales Director, before joining Clarabridge in 2013 in the same role. He joined Sprinklr in 2015 as Regional Sales Manager and is currently the Regional Director for the activity in the Iberian Peninsula & Growth Markets, including South Africa.
