Odette is a Telecommunications Engineer. She also studied a Master in Finance and holds certifications in PMP, ITIL V4, Scrum Master. She has more than 20 years of experience in Project Management.

For the last 17 years he has worked at Grupo Salinas and for the last 8 years he has been part of the Steering Committee and founder of the company Total CyberSec.
Among his greatest achievements is the creation of a Project Office with more than 50 Project Managers where around 450 projects are managed and the implementation of an Identity Manager for 130,000 people.
She has experience in Cybersecurity Project Management, knowledge in ISO: 27001, 22301 and 9000.

Odette has always shown interest in experimenting with new ways to manage projects for the successful achievement of objectives. She has achieved this by aligning processes, people and tools, achieving synergies and collaboration. With Monday she has transformed her operation and expanded it to the rest of the areas.
